How Can I Get Started?
We need to know what you want from us before we can begin working on your project. After you get in touch with us, we have an initial conversation to get a better understanding of your needs and to effectively estimate the scope and price of the project and determines any major challenges.
How Do You Ensure The Safety And Confidentiality Of Our Intellectual Property? Can I Sign My NDA Instead Of The Usual NDA?
Yes, A nondisclosure agreement (NDA) is signed between Arcs Ventures and the customer that includes this clause. Arcs Ventures contract with its employees includes the same clause. In addition, we conduct thorough audits of our procedures and regularly update our staff. These measures help us to protect the intellectual property of our clients at all times.
For Custom NDA. Yes, we are willing to do so; however, it may take a little longer since we will need to have our support staff review it before confirming it.
Do I Have Full Ownership Of My Completed Product?
At no point during the project development do we own the project. You will be the project’s sole owner. We are only here to assist you in bringing your project to fruition.
Can Arcs Ventures built apps for both iOS & Android?
Yes, we specialize in both platforms, ensuring your app reaches a wider audience.
Do Arcs Ventures provide Maintenance/Post-Development Services?
If you are working with us on a highly technical project, we suggest that you opt for a monthly support retainer to cover minor ad-hoc adjustments, improvements, updates, and support. Once we’ve completed all developments and UAT, we support you in the process of deployment such as server deployment and publishing your app to iOS App Store / Google Playstore. Then, we offer you app maintenance services.
Do We Help To Launch Software To Google Play Store, Apple Play Store & Huawei App Gallery?
Yes, this would be part of our app development process. We will provide you guidance on the store’s setup such as marketing materials and other configurations. If you have any questions about how to set up your store, we’re here to help.
Do You Offers App Development Consulting Services?
